A milestone for European innovation
For decades, Europe has relied on global hyperscalers for the way modern software runs.
While data is often stored within EU borders, the architectures and execution layers that power most cloud applications still originate from the United States.
Heim changes that.
Built and operated entirely in Europe, it replaces the complexity of containers and manual orchestration with a self-managing execution layer — automating deployment, scaling, and security from the ground up.

The partnership launched together with Heim’s new control panel, where UpCloud serves as the default infrastructure provider.
Developers can now deploy applications directly on UpCloud’s sovereign infrastructure through Heim’s patented execution layer, a first step toward an integrated European ecosystem that will later expand to databases, storage, and other managed services.
